RATE THE DAY OVERALL Got a little younger
NOTES: Total of 50 min but did 20 min of that in the Endurance Predator zone. Plan to work up to 40 min or so in that zone 2 - 3 days a week. Still working on getting to 6 days a week of workouts but with my kids haveing some surgeries and getting them ready for college it has been to busy and chaotic.
