Thinner This Year – Beta Test 2 months, 2 weeks agoThe two copies of the book signed by Chris were a real treat. I’m going to run through and read the book again. I think I need to remind myself at least every year. I wish staying at the spa exercise ranch wasn’t so expensive. Although my girlfriend and I have always said we can sort of do our own.

Just finished Chris’ chapter in TTY, Train Movements, Not Muscles, with the comments on posture. Thanks, Bill, for your reply. I will definitely try the exercises, and heck, what could it hurt to try a different pair of shoes?? What does the author say about those barefoot type running shoes with the toes? YNY FIT 3 months, 1 week agoGood news on my end. I saw the surgeon on Friday, five weeks out from my shoulder (rotator cuff replacement) surgery. The doc asked me to show him my ROM exercises. He pretended to fall off his chair when I did them–he said he didn’t expect to see me do them that well until 2 YEARS after surgery! And he said that I was ahead of 99% of patients…[Read more]

Well, YNY gives me hope. It means that I CAN go back to riding my young horse eventually, because I CAN eventually regain my quick reflexes, or whatever you call them. Oh good for you Diane! I’m just so busy that this has gone down the list of important items to get done. I get so busy I just grab junk. I’m probably not eating way too much just all the wrong things. That was the biggest change when I started the program was that by eating the good things I wasn’t hungry for the empty calories.
