I was at the beach for six days! I read the book while on the beach…and because the water was great, I got in. The current was strong, and I had to work hard to just stay in one place, but it felt great to MOVE. I also walked two miles on three of those days…My pants feel a little looser. I avoided fried foods, which I don’t like anyway, and ate probably a ton of fresh, beautiful, sweet tomatoes. Tomorrow I start spin class! Woohoo!
