The two most popular strength training “machines” at our Total Immersion Weeks” in Aspen aren’t machines at all. They are a complex strap (the TRX Suspension Strap) and a simple metal bar with a bungee cord at one end (the TRX Rip Trainer). They are featured in Thinner This Year and they will be prominent in Bill Fabrocini’sdvds. Bill helped develop the Rip Trainer. Both devices are simply superb for your core but you can do almost your whole, strength workout wit them.
