This video demonstrates a combination of core exercises. The purpose is to change the stabilization sequence of muscle groups supporting the spine. The exercise sequence is performed in continuation from one exercise immediately to the next while linking each exercise together with a roll movement. Gymnastic type elements involved along with a high metabolic demand. Progress slowly with this combination and do each exercise correctly.
