Again, an urgent plug for a) joining a gym and b) joining an exercise class.
I did not feel sensational this morning and would surely have flubbed if I had to make a bunch of decisions myself. But I didn’t have to…just trundled off to the gym and piled into the spin class. And in no time I was INTO it and having a solid workout…long and slow today…at about 65-75% of Max, with a recovery rate of about 40 bpm. Fine.

Class is not just convenient, it is a lifeline. Join a gym…join a class.
