My homocide detective/trainer is cranking it up a little. There is NOTHING like a stretch of regular training, with a good trainer, to move you along. He has a lovely warm-up using Kettle Bells (see my blog on em…they’re great). Then a lot of time on the upper body stuff which I am worst at. And need the most. And do the least. All I want to do is leg weights, because that’s what I’m good at. Walter won’t have that. All upper body and lots of what I am terrible at. And guess what: I feel better. Dreary, isn’t it?
