*turn back your biological clock


Only had an hour to work out. It was an aerobics day so I decided to do INTERVALS which I had not done for a while. Easy kind: hopped on bike (in Berkshires) and warmed up. Then went as hard as I could for 30 seconds (no stop watch, just counted slowly to 30). Then 30 seconds going easy. Then another 30, as hard as I could. Did that three times and almost died. Lolled for a while but then dug in some more. Got home in less than the hour, soaked in sweat and feeling pretty good. Intervals hurt, but they sure do make you feel good. And maybe… over time… they won’t hurt so much.
