Had to get up at dawn and drive to Boston this morning…no time to go to Berkshires gym or get on the bike. So hopped on the ellliptical machine I just bought (cheap as such things go…a discontined Schwin for 1100 bucks) and a quick, half hour workout. What a break…all done for the day and feeling excellent. Not as good as the gym and all that but wonderful.
And you don’t have to have an elliptical machine either, obviously. A super-simple treadmill or one of those awful Nordic Tracs would do as well. (Harry swears by Nordic Trac, the decent creature). Or a flight of stairs. Or a set of those nasty elastics, instead of weights. Easy-peasy.
