Having finally dragged myself off to do weights yesterday- despite a strong, summer bias toward biking, rowing etc – I am sorely reminded what a good idea it is to refresh yourself, from time to time with an instructor. You need to be reminded how to do ’em right…how to do the right series of exercises…and how to do ’em long enough to HURT a little. Gotta do weights, all summer long…just like life. And, by the way, do your CORE. Easiest to forget and by no means the least important.
