Recovery Rate

Been training for a couple of weeks now for Ride The Rockies…lots of aerobics, natch. Anyhow, I sloughed off after ski season and my recorery rate dropped to about 30 bpm…not great for me. Happy to say that, today, on a 35 mile pop, it was up to 45 bpm, good for me. Same yeasterday so I seem to be getting there. Harry is skeptical but it seems to me to be a good indicator of aerobic condition.
