Gave the keynote talk to a bunch of retirement community CEO’s this past week and the expereince was electrifying. These communities have changed so very much and are so much more appealing…so much better run…so much more fun. It was an eye-opener. There are some very good ones out there that are primarily second home places for younger and fitter people. But they have the backstop care if you get the sniffles. And the real backstop care if you really get the sniffles. Very interesting stuff…a revealation to me.
