Here’s an obvious point: it is more fun,and more effective, to work out with someone else.

I am going biking this weekend with a new pal, David Bliss from the Aspen Jump Week. I already plan to go about twice as far as my normal Saturday ride…and we’ll do three rides this weekend, I bet, rather than the normal two. AND we will have way more fun.

Same thing this morning. I went biking with a young pal this morning. And because there were two of us, we went half again as far (and pushed a little harder) than I would have alone. That’s all. But it’s true
