On the road, I often read aloud the bit in the book about the horror of my first spin class. How hard it was…how scary. And that’s all true. But I was reminded yesterday – in spin class – what great exercise it is for me. This was a high endurance class (lots of 80-90%) and just 45 minutes of it was so terrific. Oh…and after you do it for a while it isn’t hard. Because you build your aerobic base so fast.
