    Just finished the book-loved it. I actualy teach aerobics and strength training and this book has not only motivated me personally in my own fitness, but has given me new tools to inspire my classes.

    I love that you enjoy spinning, Chris, because that is one of my favorite classes to teach. Why don’t you come to Tucson and stay at Canyon Ranch and take one of my classes. It would be a great Kedge for you and some friends!
