We went down to Virginia yesterday to appear on Pat Robertson’s 700 Club show. What a trip! He is a man of tremendous warmth and charm and he is a passionate believer in exercise. It shows, too. He looks great at 76 and he routinely leg-presses more than I do (and that is one of my many vanities). It looks as if a good chunk of his flock want to join the Revolution in Aging: he gave the books his warm recommendation and today Amazon shows sales are booming. Terrific.
