I don’t play golf and tend to be a bit snotty about it as exercise. But here’s a lovely message from an old high school classmate who just came back from a two week golf trip to "Scotland, with a bunch of men, 15 years his junior.

He is deep in our program and happily reports that he was the only one who could do 18 holes, day after day, with no back aches or other woes. And then he would stun the kids by going off to the local gym for a serious workout. Way to go, Jim Graves! THAT’S the way to play golf and get some exercise.
