MORE ROCKIES TRAINING

Eased off the last two days: 17 miles but with lots of hills…lots or heart rate in the 80-90 range, per harry’s instruction. Yesterday, an easy 20, mostly in the 60-75 range. Recovery rate on Monday: 43 b pm which is super for me.
Both Harry and I felt exhilerated rather than whipped, the day after the fifty miler. That’s a break. Gonna do 40 today.
