PICK A TIME OF DAY

Small point but I have been noticing – not for the first time – that I tend to lose it if I don’t exercise in the morning, my norm. I still go in the afternoon but I am apt to do less…to hit it less hard. Today work flooded my all morning – a luxury at my age – and I am only getting out late in the afternoon. Same yesterday. And already I am planning a cut-back work-out. There’s something magical about going to work, on time. Or mabybe it’s about habit. Or body rhythms. Whatever, it seems to count.
