Just had to write to say thanks! I called our local wellness center to see what they offered. One of the trainers answered the phone. He told me about what was there and ended the conversation by saying if nothing else I needed to read your book. I got it and have read it and the women’s version many times and have been reading it to my husband when we drive or sit still for a minute. I had lost my leg earlier this year and shattered my hips while I was hit by a car as I was out for my morning walk. With the inspiration of your book Ive been riding a stationary bike in the basement forty-five minutes faithfully and we both go for weight training at a local church gym 3x a week. I tutor adults reading and my husband works with an organization that repairs houses for underprivileged people through our church. I’m thankful I read your book. It gave structure to a path of getting going again.
