By coincidence, I talked to two guys this week in their 90’s. An Aspen pal is 92, looks wonderful and still bikes up to Ashcroft (about 11,000 feet). He correctly says you have to increase your exercise commitment as you get older, not cut back. He does sometning (lots of yoga…lots of biking) twice a day.

Another pal turns 97 on July 12…I’m gonna go to a lot of trouble to be there. He and some pals just sailed his 40′ yacht from New London to Padanarum…a goodly sail. He is as excited about it as he was when he was doing the same thing 75 years ago.
The books say… “until you’re 80 and beyond.” These guys would say WAY BEYOND. And they’re right.
