Flying across the country and back is like being in bed for a couple of days…you’re whacked when you get back. I just went to San Francisco for the weekend (to see my former wife Joan turn 70 up in Napa…gotta make that one). This morning I trundled off to spin class and felt a hundred. Harry’s advice on this stuff: lighten up on your exercise program right after a lontg trip. Don’t take any days off but take it easy…long and slow aerobics is plenty.
