One of our persistenbt hobbv-horses is urging you to join a gym and, once you get there, get involved in a group or class of some kind.

Sorry to go on and on but it is SUCH good advice. I find it so much easier to roll out of bed to go to a regular spinning class (my craziness) than to go off and do things on my own. And when I get there, I am far more likely to really Go For It than if I am on my own. There’s somethig about Group that gets me going.

Lots of you say you hate gyms (and group) but I beg you to think it over again. It is so much easier and more fun. Just try it. It works.
