Wanted to let you know, I bought your book when it first came out a few years ago. After reading it I used the one hour a day, six days a week workout program as my base to get back on track. I increased my running and biking to a to a point where I was doing 10k running races and 100 mile bike rides.
From there I made a commitment to start doing Triathlons. First I had to learn how to swim. I read “Total Immersion Swimming” and started hitting the pool two or three days a week. In 2007 I did four triathlons including a Half Ironman triathlon. In 2008 I did two triathlons, including a lifelong dream, of doing a full Ironman Triathlon in Madison Wisconsin at age 54.
