*turn back your biological clock

Peppy couple of days… spoke in Ft Worth, Texas on Thursday. The a few hours sleep (alarm set for 3:30 a.m.) flew off to Chicago to talk to 200 Canadian lawyers. Both nice groups but the lawyers were a bit quiet. Part of the problem was that a lot of the lawyers were in their 30’s and feel that the Revolution in Aging is irrelevant to them. SUCH a mistake. My fault for not being clearer. I’ll get ’em next time. The point for them: the same behavioral changes that fight aging also foment greater energy, effectiveness, openess to the new… all the good stuff, all the way through. Being idle and eating garbage won’t kill you at 30, the way it will at 60. But it will turn you into a much less effective guy than you could be. So important.
